The Teaching Teams in our centres are passionate and devoted to the delivery of a high quality programme and the best care possible. Teachers are involved in on-going professional development to continue to keep their knowledge and understandings of theory and practice current. They participate in regular professional reflective discussion as to how this will enhance outcomes for children, the centre curriculum and link to programme planning and evaluation.
